• The Decorator will be wearing a mask and will sanitize his hands before entering the place.
• You need to make sure that the Decorator is allowed inside the society premises. If the Decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.

Please Note:

• Message Card cannot be selected for this product and will not be delivered along with the product.
• Design of the foil balloon can differ as per the availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.

• Keep the balloons away from children as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
• In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.

• Our balloon expert will come to your home at your chosen slot, and set up the balloons as shown in the images.
• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
