The flowers were received in wilted condition and of no use at all. The order was delivered well past the target date. Very poor service and extremely unlikely to use FnP services in future unless I receive a refund for this package totally messed up both in quality and delivery. Greetings to the team Ferns n Petals, firstly I am really happy with all you have done for me, you made my gift a real surprise for the recipient my fiance, she was caught all unawares and was not anticipating those beautiful flowers,teddy, chocolates. The glass vase is awesome it is holding those beautiful Roses well bred truly as described on your application. The note was extraordinary and it has added to more spice to our relationship, we are going to get married soon.thank you for reaching my gift to her utter surprise on time. You guys are the best.
