I recently ordered for a cake and post the purchase realized that the photo cake that I ordered for had a incorrect photo. hence I called Customer service immediately and they helped me with the rectification. the process was long, took 10 min, the executive handhold me through the entire process and saved the day for me. Unfortunately, I do not recall the representative's name but you may be able to track it on your ERP. Pass on my compliments to the entire team. Its always a please to do business with you folks.
