• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tee time are eligible for a full refund or one time complimentary rescheduling Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tee time are non refundable One time rescheduling may be permitted between 24–72 hours before the scheduled tee time subject to club approval and availability. Any applicable charges will be borne by the guest Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• Guests must report 30–45 minutes before the confirmed tee time.In case of official golf course closure due to weather or operational reasons a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.Light rain or playable weather conditions do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless play is officially suspended by the golf club.
