• Validity: Valid for 1 Person
• Booking & Arrival: Advance booking recommended. Arrive 30 minutes early to use wet/heat areas. Late arrival may lead to shortened or rescheduled treatments.
• Spa Timings: Open daily, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Early/late appointments (2 hours) available at an additional charge of Rs 1500 per treatment. Before 8 AM: inform by 6 PM the previous day. After 8 PM: inform by 6 PM the same day.
• Wet Area Usage: Pre-treatment wet area use recommended. Swimwear mandatory. Guests under 16 not permitted. Alcohol, smoking, and intoxication prohibited.
• Parking: Valet parking available for members, in-house guests, and spa visitors.
• Valuables: The spa is not responsible for lost valuables. Guests are advised to use spa lockers.
• Spa Etiquette: Mobile phones must be switched off; keep voices low. Disposable underwear (provided) is mandatory for body treatments. Management may request guests to leave for non-compliance.
• Health & Special Considerations: Men are advised to shave a few hours before facials. Avoid shaving or waxing one day before body scrubs. Remove hearing aids, spectacles, or lenses if preferred. Some oils or muds may stain skin or clothing. Rest for one hour post-treatment and hydrate before and after. Guests with medical conditions must consult a doctor and inform the therapist. No body treatments for pregnant women. Entry is at the guest’s own risk; the spa is not liable for incidents.
• Medical Conditions: Disclosure of medical conditions or special needs is mandatory.
• Add-ons charged separately.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling (subject to availability).
• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• A 100% charge will be levied in case of a no-show without prior cancellation.
