• Guests may choose a hotel based on location and must inform at least 24 hours in advance. Available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 6 hours before the scheduled dining time. One reschedule is permitted; subsequent reschedules may attract charges as per policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
• Same-day bookings may not be processed due to hotel availability.
• Candlelight setup is subject to hotel fire safety policies.
• Dietary requirements must be shared in advance.

• Any additional food items, beverages, taxes, service charges, or services beyond the package inclusions shall be payable directly by the guest.
