I have ordered in ferns and petals multiple times._x000D_ When I was in Chennai I had ordered flower once for my husband and it was really wonderful that the flower was delivered at sharp midnight 12 and the quality was very good with the glass vase. I was very happy. Again in Bangalore I had ordered for flowers. But I think may be because the demand in Bangalore is High, I feel the service went low. I ordered for red carnations a week before and on the delivery day I got a call informing that some customer had come and so all carnations were sold and hence they gave red roses. I was very disappointed as it was never behaviour expected from ferns and petals. But again I guess it was the behaviour of the flower shop to which ferns and petals hadnoutsiurces it to.i gave this as the feedback and then I got a call from store manager and he apologized and delivered red carnations later.
