• Same-day bookings may not be processed due to hotel availability. Dietary preferences and allergies should be shared in advance. Additional food, beverages and services will be chargeable separately.
• Prices, menus, participating venues, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.Any additional food items, beverages, taxes, service charges, or services beyond the package inclusions shall be payable directly by the guest.
• Rescheduling can be done once for the same hotel Booked, If Rescheduled for 2nd time, 3999 INCLUSIVE OF TAXES PER PERSON OR 50% OF THE AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED (WHICHEVER IS HIGHER)
• A 100% charge will be levied in case of a no-show without prior cancellation.
• Redelivery/rescheduling requests made after 30 days from the original order date will not be accommodated. Standard applicable charges will apply for requests received within the 30-day window.
