Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
  • Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
  • The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
  • You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.
  • Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
