• Servicing Details- The watches are serviced at central service center in Delhi. Customers need to email at CS@aanalyticsIQ.com for scheduling the servicing of the watch.

• Avoid contact with water.
• Store your watch in a soft cloth away from other jewellery, watches, and metal objects.
• Always keep your jewellery in a box or a pouch and keep it in a dry place.
• Keep your jewellery away from water and perfume.
• Thoroughly wipe each piece of jewellery with a soft, clean cloth as soon as you remove it.

• It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
• We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Please let us know as soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
• Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
• Your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
