cancellation policy:

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.

• Keep the decoration indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat, and sharp objects.
• Avoid placing balloons near air conditioners, heaters, or open flamesHandle foil balloons carefully to prevent tearing or deflationBalloons may shrink slightly in air-conditioned environments and expand in warmer temperatures.

• Our decorator will arrive at your location at the selected time slot.
• Please ensure access to the venue is available at the scheduled time.
• Decoration will be done within the allotted time frame at the delivery location.
• Any delay due to customer unavailability or restricted access may impact the setup.
