    Cancellation Policy:
    If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.
    • Keep balloons indoors, away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
    • Avoid placing them near heat sources, fans, or air-conditioning vents.
    • Handle gently to maintain shape and prevent tearing.
    • Keep balloons away from children’s reach without supervision.
    • Do not press, squeeze, or stack items over the arrangement.
    • Foil and number balloons may shrink in cold temperatures and expand in warm areas; maintain a stable room temperature.
    • Place the arrangement on a flat surface for best longevity.
