  • For best results, enjoy the setup indoors in an air-conditioned environment.
  • Avoid pulling or pressing the balloons to prevent bursting.
  • Do not attempt to relocate the setup once installed.
  • Our decorator will arrive at your location at the selected time slot.
  • Please ensure access to the venue is available at the scheduled time.
  • Decoration will be done within the allotted time frame at the delivery location.
  • Any delay due to customer unavailability or restricted access may impact the setup.
