About the Celebrity:

• Apara Mehta is an Indian TV and film actress, widely recognised for her role as the eponymous 'Saas' in India's favourite 2000's TV show - Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She later went on to play roles in popular TV serials like Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo, Saat Phere, Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, Jamai Raja and many others. Besides her career on TV, Apara has featured in Bollywood Blockbuster hits like Devdas, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, Just Married and then there's Tees Maar Khan. Apara has also been a part of over 150 plays, learnt Kathak at a young age, trained in classical music by Ghulam Mustafa Khan and a well known name in Gujarati households.
