In one case last week, a cake delivery was delayed by 25 minutes due to heavy rains, the company called up to apologize and confirm the 25 minutes delay. We appreciate such timely communication. The packaging boxes with double tape at the bottom make sure that cake sides do not touch the box, a very common problem earlier. Cakes are always fresh and delivery boy takes picture as a proof of good delivery.
