I ordered a cake in August and the cake was all smashed up when it was delivered. I raised a complaint with your customer services and they asked me to share a pic of the same. The flowers are priced in a good range and we have a good variety available however the service is pathetic and at times the flower quality is pretty bad too

they never fail to meet your expectations. i always return to fnp for any sort of cake n flower delivries. they deliver in mostly all the cities and if u want to make any changes in the order, their customer service team is very helpful and prompt

I had ordered several times from FNP but this time I got the chance to taste the cake that I ordered for my aunt on her bday. The cake was just yummm...everyone appreciated its taste and freshness but one thing needs to kept in mind by you all is the delivery time mentioned while ordering. I chose the 3-6pm slot for delivery but the delivery man delivered at 12noon. So plz take care of the timings otherwise every service of yours is just appreciable.

One of my order was never delivered even though I called in few times to find out where rakhi is & was told will be delivered but never did

I love the display options and the liquid selection graphics. Customer support is really fantastic.

I have used their service twice so far and I haven't had any issues. All deliveries were made promptly and on time! And the quality of the flowers was good too!
