Company charges for fixed time delivery RS 200 but delivery is not made in time citing absurd reason that address is wrong whereas FNP has delivered on the same address last year and then after repeated follow up delivery is done after 9 hrs on the same address then it means address was never wrong. Why FnP has not refunded me the amount or at least 200 rupees charged for fixed time delivery and why there should not be any penalty levied on FnP for hopeless service and failing to respect the commitment._x000D_
