Cancellation Policy

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery a full refund will be issued
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery a 50percent refund will be issued
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery no refund will be issued

• Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• Handle the balloon bouquet with care.
• Keep Away From Sharp Objects.

• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
• the Balloon Bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, Please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to set up the bouquet before Delivery.
• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
