Ingredients Required:

  • 1-liter milk
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup cornflour
  • 1/5 cup of dark chocolate

Preparation Steps:

Step 1:Take a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, such as milk, whipped cream, sugar, and cocoa powder in it and mix well until no lumps remain.

Step 2: Combine cornflour to the mixture and beat it until mixed well.

Step 3: Strain the mixture well to remove lumps. It is vital for the smooth structure of the cake.

Step 4: Now, put the mixture to heat in an induction unit. Cook the mixture until soft boil.

Step 5: While heating the mixture, add 1/5 cup of dark chocolate to it and continue cooking until it turns smooth and thick.

Step 6: Lined the cake pan with baking paper.

Step 7: Pour the batter in the cake pan carefully.

Step 8: Let it cool down for a few minutes and refrigerate the cake overnight.
