I had a good experience to order a cake here and this was not a first time, I always order cakes from this website.I ordered a 2-3 days ago and they got it on the time. And when I called to customer service for the status of my order, they helped me wisely. I really appreciate for your great service and I would expect it in the future too.
The card which i had sent in previous order was typed and presentable. But in the current order the card was written by some person which i didnot like. We living away share some feeling with the recepient and if we can't write on our own so we send a typed letter. But the handwriting of the person ws shabbish and spoiled my purpose. So i was disapponted this time . Secondly for a normal order if the choice of time is not mentioned its ok .but i feel if u can give the option of time slots on the occasionn of birthdays. It would really be appreciable. My recepient of the cake had to wait till late afternoon to receive the cake. I understand that u had mentioned the duration within which it will be served. But had it been early if would have been more pleasing and satisfying experience.
