• Due to weather conditions and flowers being delicate, we need to ensure aircontioner is always on at a minimum of 18 degress to retain the freshness of flowers for a longer time.
• Water of the vase to be changed every 2 days.

• Access is required to premises in advance for preparation purposes.
• We are not held responsible for any delays in meeting event deadline in case access is not provided in advance.
• Any stands used for decoration will be collected after the event is over, and the price is not included.
• If stands are damaged or lost, there will be an extra fee.
