There is a baker hidden in all of us. Some may be pros at baking the perfect cakes, and others may opt for the no-bake versions. Today, we have come up with an easy-peasy recipe for both. And, it is not the usual cake recipe, but it’s an ice cream cake recipe that is all about dollops of chocolate. So, embrace yourself and get ready to try our sinful no-bake ice cream cake recipe RN!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Ice Cream- 750 ml
  • Dark chocolate Ice Cream or any other variety of chocolate ice cream- 750 ml
  • Dry Chocolate Cake(round)- 500 gms
  • Oreo Biscuits- 5
  • Melted Chocolate- 1 cup

  • Take the dry round chocolate cake and carefully cut a 1 to 2 inch in height and 6 inches in width slice from the base of the cake.
  • Now, take the 6-inch springform pan and place the slice in it.
  • Add the chocolate ice cream over it and leave a space for the second flavour of the ice cream. Fix the first layer of ice cream with a spatula and spread it evenly.
  • Now, take the second flavour of the ice cream and repeat the process. Leave at least 2 inches of space in the pan for the topping.
  • Add the melted chocolate, and decorate this top layer with oreo biscuits. Cover the pan with foil paper or a plate.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, and get ready to dive into this heavenly delight!
