• For personalisation, please provide us with 1 name & choose the charm. Same name and charm will be inscribed in both the products.

Please Note:

• For the Wallet- Only Alphabets & Numbers can be inscribed. Special characters cannot be inscribed. All names will be inscribed in CAPITAL letters.
• For the Keychain- If the charm or name is big, then name will be inscribed on one side and the charm on the other of keychain.
• Select the charm from Image No. 6 & 7. The name can be maximum 12 Characters.

• Wipe with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust.
• Keep your Rakhi separately so the threads don’t get entangled.
• To avoid your Rakhi from accumulating dust, keep it in a closed box till it is ready to be tied.

• It will not be possible for us to accept any request for product exchanges/returns.
• We will replace a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Please let us know as soon as possible when you receive a defective product.
• Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
• Your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
• A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products.
• No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
• Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
