cancellation Policy:

  • If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
  • Keep balloons away from sharp objects, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
  • For best results, enjoy the setup indoors in an air-conditioned environment.
  • Avoid pulling or pressing the balloons to prevent bursting.
  • Do not attempt to relocate the setup once installed.
  • Our decorator will arrive at your location at the selected time slot.
  • Please ensure access to the venue is available at the scheduled time.
  • Decoration will be done within the allotted time frame at the delivery location.
  • Any delay due to customer unavailability or restricted access may impact the setup.
  • The setup shown in images is for reference; minor variations may occur based on site conditions.
