- When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water. Re-cut 1-2” of the stems at a 45 degree angle.
- Use a clean vase and clean water.
- Remove the leaves below the water line but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
- Check the water level daily and replenish as needed.
- Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
- All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.

I ordered from ferns and petals for my dad’s birthday. I live outside India and rely on such websites to send gifts to my family and friends._x000D_ I ordered 5 plants as birthday gift- when it arrived- all the plants and pots were dirty and had dust on it. Nobody cared to clean the plants before delivery. _x000D_ Also, only 4 plants were received and they have taken money for 5 plants. They never sent the 5th plant and don’t respond to my query about the status of 5th plant’s delivery._x000D_ Adding to that, one of the plants is almost dead and when I reported the issue- they asked me to take care of it and it will start going green again._x000D_ Finally, ferns and petals deducted the amount from my credit card and also sent another bill of same amount to my paypal account. They say that they recieived only money from one channel. But, this has ruined my experience. I will never order again and will ensure that all my friends are family are aware of the con these guys do in the name of the brand.
