    If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued.
    If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued

    • Avoid placing them near heat sources, fans, or air-conditioning vents.
    • Handle gently to maintain shape and prevent tearing.
    • Keep balloons away from children’s reach without supervision.
    • Do not press, squeeze, or stack items over the arrangement.
    • Foil and number balloons may shrink in cold temperatures and expand in warm areas; maintain a stable room temperature.
    • Place the arrangement on a flat surface for best longevity.
    • The image displayed is indicative in nature.
    • Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
    • We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you take permission from the hotel.
    • If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
    • No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
