- Take the biscuits, add them to a food processor and crush them. Now, add them to a large bowl, add butter and combine it well.
- Now take a 6-inch springform pan and add the mix to it. Press the mix and evenly spread it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and then bake the mixture for 10 mins and let it cool.
- Take a large bowl, add cream cheese, heavy cream, Vanilla essence, and Eggs one after another, and whisk it properly. Now, add cornflour and condensed milk and evenly mix the batter.
- Add the batter to the springform pan and cover the pan with two sheets of aluminium foil from below. Add the pan to a bigger baking pan and then add water to it. Bake it for an hour at 160 celsius. Take it out, let it cool, and then keep it in the fridge for 5 hours.
- Let’s prepare the topping now. Take a pan, and add water and sugar to it. Once the sugar dissolves, add the blueberries and then later add cornflour. Give it a boil and let it cool down.
- Now, take out the Blueberry cheesecake base from the springform pan and add the topping. Your cheesecake is ready. Enjoy!
