Although I gave only the phone number, ad I didn't have the address, the delivery agent called the number, got the address and delivered on time. Really grateful for that and happy with the service.

I'm a regular customer however this was my first experience ordering from India and getting it delivered to Dubai.Im extremely happy.would strongly recommend Ferns and Petals as it's absolute value for money.

I had placed the order to be delivered at 9am but later found that its from 9am to 9pm. The person to whom the order was being delivered to was leaving at 12pm. I called the call center if they could help deliver the order by12pm....and the order was delivered. Thank u so much for this excellent service. Will use this again for sure.
