F&P never disheartened me

Flowers used were not FRESH ROSES.Rather it was OLD, that too 3 to 4 days OLD. Secondly, Chocolate cake was delivered in dmaged condition.Icing and name mentioned on the cake was damged in transit.Zero precautions were taken by you.In spite of paying 1400 if we are getting such product then better here onwards we will NOT place any order to F and P
