I ordered number candles for my fathers 71st Birthday. I paid 100 Rs for the same. FnP delivered plain candles box. This is not cool. Can fnp refund candle money?

I was told by the Customer Care Executive that the delivery would be one hour late than the requested delivery time, but the product reached on time. Hence, was very happy with the on-time delivery. I was also very happy with the quality of the product. Flowers were very fresh.
