"I have been using FNP for past 5 years. Yes, there were certain delays that I did face. For example- a rakhi gift hamper got delivered much after the rakhi date and one or two more but they did respond in sorting out the issue and giving me a refund.The good experiences have been many so I would like to continue my association with them. I live in the US and back in India whenever I have to make any gift choices etc I rely on FNP. The drawback is that they are pretty limited in what they have to offer. Many times you want to gift more than just cakes and flowers and chocolates. Also, the variety seems to be limited. I have been seeing the same cake , the same floral arrangement for quite sometime .I wish they had more variety. But overall they are doing a GOOD JOB. I would recommend them always."
