  1. This contest will run for 3 days. Starting on 23rd August 2018 – 25th August 2018
  2. Winners will be announced on 31st August 2018 and prizes will be sent in the 1st week of September
  3. Ferns N Petals will not consider any entries after the contest closes.
  4. Winners will be decided by the team of judges designated by Ferns N Petals and the decision of the judges on behalf of Ferns N Petals is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained further the decision.
  5. The contest is open only for people living in India.
  6. The notification about the prizes would be sent to the winners over e-mail. After we get an acknowledgement, prizes will be dispatched.
  7. The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  8. Any person who is: (a) an employee of Ferns N Petals Pvt Ltd. or (b) a family member of such employee, is not eligible to enter the Competition. Ferns N Petals Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the contest as a result of this Rule.
  9. The courts of New Delhi alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter of this contest.
