Try our Super Easy Carrot Cake Recipe for Winters!

We opened our secret recipe book and found out this super easy carrot cake recipe for winters that will be great for your health as well as your sweet tooth. Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour- 1 to 1/2 cups
  •  Baking Soda- 2 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon- 1 tsp
  • Salt- 1/8 tsp
  • Coconut oil melted- 1/4 cup 
  • Eggs- 2
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup or Sugar- 2/3 cup 
  • Greek yoghurt- 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk- 1/3 cup
  • Carrots Grated- 2 cups
  • Walnuts-1 cup

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take coconut oil and coat a 9×13 baking pan.
  • Take a bowl and mix Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Ground Cinnamon and Salt and whisk the eggs properly. Add yoghurt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, pure maple syrup, and almond milk to the eggs and slowly mix everything.
  • Now, combine the dry mixture with the wet one in batches. Do it slowly and avoid any lumps.
  • Fold the grated carrot, and walnuts into the mixture and add them to the baking pan. 
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and check it with a toothpick. 
  • Your carrot cake is ready!
