Before quarantine and lockdown, most days all you ever wanted was to stay at home and chill. And now when you are advised to work from home, you are yawning, getting bored, and wanting to go out and lead your normal life again! Things are not in your hand and by staying indoors you are contributing towards a greater cause. You are getting to spend a lot more time at home. While that has its own perks, it comes with boredom, monotony and feeling of being stuck. Or as we would like to call them Work from home blues! Here’s how you can beat them:

Meditation is a beautiful way to bring more focus in life. Just sit closing your eyes for 10-15 minutes every day and see how energised you feel. Maybe you cannot pull off 10-15 minutes right on the first day, so, start with just 2 minutes. You can also play relaxing music!
