Step 1– Separate the napkin layers. Peel the white layer off the back of the front layer.
Step 2– You can cut or tear the images out of the paper napkin. Tear them by using a detail brush, dipping it in water or tracing around the part of the image that you want to save.
Step 3– Place mod podge on the surface of the item, be it a bottle, tray or a box & then place the napkin over it. Use a piece of plastic wrap to smoothen the napkin down without tearing.
Step 4– In the last step, apply a thin layer of mod podge on the napkin & let it dry completely.
