Apple Cider Vinegar

- Take a part of apple cider vinegar & water & mix it
- Dip a cotton ball in the solution & apply it on your knees and elbows
- Leave it on for 15 minutes & then wash it off
- Try this three to four times a week to see the difference
Potato

- Take a thin slice of potato
- Rub it on your elbows & knees for 5-10 minutes
- Leave it for 5 more minutes & then wash it off with warm water
- Repeat this twice a day till you see a difference in the colour
Baking soda & Milk
