Many herbs have been proven to be natural pain killers. Using these herbs would ease your pain and that too without any side-effects.

Add ginger to your daily diet. In tea, soups, or chew it raw. This is a wonderful natural pain reliever. Research says that the consumption of 2 grams of ginger per day helps in the reduction of muscle pains induced by heavy exercise. Also, ginger accelerates the recovery of past pains.

An effective essential is made from the leaves of rosemary. This oil helps in relieving pain. It treats pains that you are feeling from headaches. Rosemary essential oils also treat bone pain, muscle pain and, seizures.

That’s because cloves have antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. Also if you are having a sore throat, you can use cloves. Clove oil (made with cloves heated in coconut oil) can be used to treat earaches and headaches.

Peppermint has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and pain-relieving properties. The essential oil derived from peppermint carries menthol, carvacrol, and limonene. You can rub diluted peppermint oil on that painful part of your body and live a painless life. People with arthritis may try this one.
