Ingredients
- Chocolate Base
- 200 gm and 100 gm dark and milk chocolate respectively
- Heavy cream- 100 ml
- Unsalted butter- 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract- 2 tbsp
For Coffee Arabica Infusion
- Medium roasted 2 tbsp finely ground Arabica Coffee beans
- Plant-based (almond milk is preferred) or whole milk- 100 ml
- Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
- Raw sugar- 1 tbsp
- Toppings
- Crushed almonds
- Pinch of sea salt
- Dubai-style gold flakes
- Dried rose petals
Recipe
Arabica coffee needs to be brewed carefully. In a small pan, combine Arabica coffee and milk and then put it on a low flame. Put cardamom and sugar or date syrup into the pan and stir it to balance the bitterness. After 7 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and keep it for a few minutes. The mixture needs to be strained by using cheesecloth so that coffee grounds can be removed and flavored coffee milk is prepared with aromatic flavour.
The chocolate ganache base needs to be prepared too. For this mix, small chunks of dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler come into play. Stir gently so that overheating can be avoided. In another small pan, put heavy cream and butter together for heating in a lukewarm form. One cream mixture needs to be slowly poured into the melted chocolate with continuous whisking so that a silky ganache can be prepared. After this, vanilla extract and Arabica coffee infusion are added to the mixture, which is stirred for about a minute. Pour the mixture into a silicon mould or small tray and sprinkle all the toppings. Refrigerate the tray for at least two hours and get better results overnight at room temperature.

Ingredients
- High-quality dark chocolate 200-gram
- Roasted dried raspberries or crushed- 2 tbsp
- Crust pistachio 1/4 cup

Rich white chocolate 300gm
- ½ cup roasted coarsely chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup grounded crispy rice cereal

Firstly, a small baking tray or any kind of silicone chocolate mould needs to be prepared with parchment paper.
