How to Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and coat the baking pan with coconut oil.
  • Mix the baking soda and yogurt.
  • Add eggs and sugar before whisking them and adding vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla essence. Blend all these ingredients carefully.
  • Mix baking powder, whole wheat flour, coffee powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

  • Keep the soya chunks for 30 minutes in hot water before squeezing out the water and putting it in the blender.
  • Add chopped onions, Sattu, mint, mashed potato, green chilies, coriander, coriander seeds, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, ginger, mustard oil, garam masala, salt, and ginger.
  • Mix everything neatly and divide it into ball-sized portions. Heat the pan and then add ghee before shallow-frying the kebabs until they turn brown.
