One of the much popular use of pineapple is its inclusion in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnp.com\/cakes-lp\">cakes<\/a>. The slightly sweet and bleakly tangy taste of pineapple makes the cake tastier.<\/p>\n<p>Read the recipe of pineapple cake and surprise your friends &amp; family on special occasions.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>What All You Need?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cake Flour or Wheat Flour \u2013 3\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/li>\n<li>Eggs \u2013 4<\/li>\n<li>Powdered Sugar \u2013 3\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/li>\n<li>Baking Powder \u2013 3\/4<sup>th<\/sup> Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla Essence \u2013 3\/4<sup>th<\/sup> Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Round Cake Tins \u2013 2 (8 inches)<\/li>\n<li>Butter Paper<\/li>\n<li>Chopped Pineapple \u2013 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Pineapple Syrup \u2013 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup (use canned pineapples to get the syrup)<\/li>\n<li>Whipped Cream \u2013 2 cups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><u>How to Make the Pineapple Cake?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a mixing bowl and break the eggs and whisk, one at a time.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the suggested amount of sugar, vanilla essence, &amp; baking powder. Beat well until the mixture becomes light &amp; foamy.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in 1 tablespoon of flour in this mix. Mix the flour with downward, upward and outward strokes.<\/li>\n<li>Now add the rest of the flour in the same way.<\/li>\n<li>Take the cake tins and grease them first with butter or refined oil and then sprinkle some flour.<\/li>\n<li>Now, divide the cake batter into two equal portions and fill each of the cake tins.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven at 400 F\/204 degrees Celsius temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Place the cake tins carefully in this pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Check the cake after 20 minutes with a sharp knife. If the knife comes out clean, then, your cake is done.<\/li>\n<li>Once your cake is done, bring it out from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Allow the cake to cool completely before proceeding to the garnishing stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><u>How to Garnish?<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Take one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnp.com\/pineapple-cakes-lp\">pineapple cake<\/a> and sprinkle half the pineapple syrup on it.
