The flavorful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnp.com\/mango-cakes-lp\">Mango Cheesecake<\/a> smells like nostalgia, first love, dewdrops of the morning hours, and a spell of rain after the sweltering heat.\u00a0<em>Enjoy this lip-smacking Mango Cheesecake<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><u>For the Crust:<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Graham Cracker Crumbs \u2013 One and Half Cups<\/p>\n<p>Sugar \u2013 Half Cup<\/p>\n<p>Unsalted and Melted Butter \u2013 6 Tsp<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>For the Filling:<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fresh and Ripe Mangoes \u2013 3 Large (85 Grams)<\/p>\n<p>Cream Cheese at Room Temperature \u2013 3 Packets of 226 Grams<\/p>\n<p>Vanilla Extract \u2013 2 Tsp<\/p>\n<p>Sugar \u2013 One and Quarter Cups<\/p>\n<p>Eggs \u2013 4<\/p>\n<p>Some Peeled and Sliced Mangoes<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Yield: 12<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>How to Prepare?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>The Firm Crust<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and butter a spring foam pan of 9 inches diameter with high sides.<\/li>\n<li>Crush the Graham Crackers and mix sugar in a medium-sized bowl and blend well.<\/li>\n<li>In this mixture, add melted butter keep stirring until evenly saturated.<\/li>\n<li>In the prepared pan, pour this mixture and press firmly with the help a small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Now, bake this for about 12 minutes and cool completely later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>The Scrumptious Filling<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take the ripe mangoes and peel them to prepare a puree first. The puree should be perfectly smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Now keep 2 cups of puree aside for further use.<\/li>\n<li>Take the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and blend very well. Remember the more you blend it smooth, the tastier the cake would become!<\/li>\n<li>Now you have to add 1 egg at a time and blend well.<\/li>\n<li>Its now time to add 2 cups of mango puree and blend again to get a smoother filling.<\/li>\n<li>This mixture is now ready to be poured on the crust in pan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u>The Final Bake<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
