They are quite curious by nature and like to climb and explore things a lot. And due to their curiosity, they occasionally get into trouble. Cats often feast on plants, especially those found in the homes. If you are a cat parent, then it is important to know that some plants are harmful to cats. The ingestion of any part of the plant or even the pollen can cause severe kidney damage. All parts of the plant are highly toxic to cats. All parts of the plant are toxic. The toxic compound is called grayanotoxins. All parts of the plant contain the poisonous agent lycorine. The bulbs are the most toxic.
