Technically, you spend 8-9 hours a day with them, Monday through Friday. Which means a lot of meetings, brainstorming sessions, food breaks, and gossip together. And when you share so much with someone, sometimes you develop a strong connection with them. That leads to workplace friendships and for some, workplace romance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Different companies have different takes on workplace romance. Some companies support it while others have strict policies against it. We understand dating a co-worker is not a cakewalk as you are under the constant surveillance of colleagues and bosses.
