For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by FNP before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.
For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by FNP before 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.
For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by FNP before 7:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.
Currently FNP delivers within the Express Cities, Courier Cities and Remote Cities.
You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped.
Delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
For Midnight Deliveries
Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.
For Fix Time Delivery
We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.
Products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners may arrive within 3-4 working days, while products from our other categories will arrive on your selected date of delivery.
It is also possible that FNP's courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date.
The date of delivery you choose is approximate. Your gift may be delivered a day prior or day after.
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance.
Express delivery products may not be delivered along with courier products.
Our courier service providers do not telephone prior to delivering an order.
For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.
Delivery to Hospitals Policy
The florists in our Ferns N Petals network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
Ferns N Petals will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Delivery to Hotels Policy
The florists in our Ferns N Petals network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following information available:
- Hotel Name
- Full address of the hotel
- Room Number
- Telephone number of the hotel
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable
- If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.
Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our delivery confirmation SMS and mail.
Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises
Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available:
- Name of Recipient and Sender
- Hostel Name
- Full address of the hostel
- Room Number
- Telephone number of the hostel
The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the vendor. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Please provide clear address, city, state, zip code and other details. Our processes are very strict and gifts to wrong address may not be delivered and you may be charged for the same. In the event the gift has to be redelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, standard redelivery costs will be levied.
Deliveries of the orders will not be made by FNP directly but through third parties.
Orders should be placed 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the delivery date.
Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the deliveries would be done in between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For countries in UAE and other Islamic countries, no deliveries shall be made on Friday.
Delivery status will be available after 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery.
We will attempt delivery only ONCE and in case the house/delivery location is locked or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made.
Any change in address/message shall be attended to if placed prior to two hours before delivery. If due to non-availability of the ordered product, the delivering outlet may without notice, substitute flowers, container or accessories of a similar value, brand and repute.
Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror shall not become a cause for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
For delivery at Remote Locations and Towns
Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, all the orders received by 6 p.m. would be delivered on next day between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Deliveries are made on Sundays only for Express Deliveries. No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday. The products can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the 'List of Serviceable Cities'.
No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working day. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order etc. FNP reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by FNP. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to FNP, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by FNP. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood.
- Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location. FNP will not entertain any complaint for such items after days from the time of delivery.
- The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
- We can’t commit a time for the delivery.
- Correct and elaborate address and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.
For Delivery of Courier Products:
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in the Terms and Conditions, in the event the order/product is made to deliver through any courier agency or any third party, FNP does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order. FNP makes no warranties with respect to any third-party offerings.
Orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days after the date of dispatch. The above products will be delivered through Blue Dart or any other courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies. No Deliveries are made on National Holidays and Sundays.
Courier and express products cannot be delivered together at same time.
Unfortunately, we cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier products. Courier product will reach in advance/late within 3-5 days as per date of delivery.

Domestic Orders: All courier orders are carefully packed and dispatched from FNP’s warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift. Standard delivery and brand disclaimers apply.
International Orders: All parcels are shipped from the warehouse of our partners. Once the parcels are shipped, you will receive a tracking code to help trace the order.
In the event the address, contact number, customer details, pin code provided is wrong or incomplete, we will not be able to deliver orders. Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and strikes. Order once dispatched from our end would be the responsibility of the courier company and delivery would take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
