Retail Outlet Franchise

Following are the requisites that must be met for the purpose of becoming a registered Franchise of Ferns 'n' Petals Outlet .

• You should have a minimum showroom space of 200 - 300 Sq. Ft.
• The showroom should face a highly frequented road and have convenient access to a parking lot.
• The interiors and design of showroom should be as per specifications to be given by Ferns N Petals.
• The brand name, infrastructural support, designs & technical know-how will be provided by Ferns 'n' Petals.
• We provide the technical manpower (mali) to run the shop and on the job training of the potential Franchise is also provided.
• You can start a Ferns N Petals outlet with an investment of Rs 10-12 lakhs and earn upto Rs 50,000 - 1,00,000/- per month
• Ferns N Petals supplies all the inventories needed to run the store including fresh flowers, accessories and gift items to the Franchise

FAQs

Q.1.What does the investment of Rs. 12 lacs include?
Ans. It includes franchise Fee, complete cost of interiors, first fill of stock and air conditioner, Computer & music system. The cost of property (rented/ leased / owned) is not factored in this.

Q.2.What profit will I make?
Ans. After achieving break even within initial 3 - 6 months, franchisee can earn from Rs.50,000/- to Rs. 2 lac per month depending upon the city of operation.

Q.3. I do not have any experience of running a flower shop?
Ans.Out of 100 franchisee we have, 95 are from different fields. We will train and equip the franchisee to run a flower shop and we provide skilled manpower to operate the shop.

Q.4. Do I need to own a property?
Ans.Property could be rented/leased/owned.

Q.5.What are the profit margins?
Ans.On fresh flowers the profit margin is 200 - 300% and other items like artificial flowers, dry flowers, gift items etc, it is 100%.
